The Kidbrooke Park Allotment Association (KPAA) collect information in the course of members joining the Association waiting list and on becoming tenants (plot holders).  

The accuracy of the data is dependent on the information supplied by the member when applying or joining the Association. This includes the following:

  • Name
  • Postal address
  • Contact details, landline number, mobile number and email address

The Association does not disclose private data to third parties other than The Royal Borough of Greenwich on their request.  The information is solely used for the management of your relationship with us as a tenant or member of the waiting list.  We will use it in order for us to inform you of changes related to your position on the waiting list or in relation to your tenancy agreement and management of the Association as a whole.

The Society will keep your data until it is updated, or until you are no longer on the waiting list or a tenant.

Your information is kept physically and electronically. 

If at any point you believe the information we hold on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.  If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact KPAA via email at kpaa.info@gmail.com and we will investigate the matter.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

We collect information via contact forms on this site in relation to joining our waiting list for plots only. This information is stored securely and not shared with third parties other than The Royal Borough of Greenwich on their request.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
